Use the contact form and let me know which session you're interested in — outdoor Reiki, distance Reiki, or a numerological portrait — and roughly when suits you.
Then we'll agree a time together — and for outdoor sessions, pick the perfect spot, by the sea or in a quiet park.
If it's your first time, we'll spend a few minutes beforehand talking through what to expect and anything you'd like the session to focus on.
Just arrive on time if we're meeting in person, or simply get comfortable at home if it's a distance session — I'll take care of the rest.
